Hay Hayden has been involved in Rugby for over 50 years as a player , coach and in more recent years in senior administration of the game.

He was a director and President of one of Sydney’s leading clubs being the Famous Gordon Club.

He has sat on several boards and involved with the game - Lloyd McDermott , 1st Nations , Aussie Schools and is currently working with the Waratah Positive Rugby Foundation.

Hayden has recently served on the RA board as well .

Hayden is currently MD of South Pacific Paper , a business he started 23 years ago.

He is a keen ocean swimmer and can found at Balmoral Beach early most mornings swimming with the Salty Crocs.

He is married with 3 daughters with one playing 7s with Gordon.
