We are a separate legal entity. While we may support rugby-related charitable activities or work alongside rugby organisations, we operate independently and are responsible for our own handling of personal information.

We may collect personal information including – but not limited to: your name, contact/address details, date of birth, and sometimes health information (for participants), as well as contact details, donation details, volunteer or participant information, event registration details, photographs or media content (with consent) and website usage information (for supporters), among other information.
Where required, we may collect additional information to comply with safeguarding, legal or regulatory obligations.

We collect personal information in a variety of ways, including when you make a donation, register for or participate in Foundation programs or events, subscribe to communications, volunteer, contact us through our website or email, or otherwise interact with us. The personal information we collect is used for purposes directly related to the Foundation’s charitable objectives and operations. We do not sell personal information.
Where relevant, limited information may be shared with rugby organisation solely for program delivery or safeguarding purposes, however those organisations are not responsible for our data practices.
