3. About the Foundation

Hearts in Rugby Union Foundation is a charitable organisation established to support community and rugby-related initiatives.

The Foundation operates independently and is not part of Rugby Australia or any other governing body, unless expressly stated.

Donations are voluntary. Donations are generally non-refundable, except as required by law. Funds are applied at the discretion of the Foundation in line with its charitable purposes. Additionally, tax deductibility applies only if and when the Foundation holds DGR endorsement.

All content on this website, including text, logos, images and material is owned by or licensed to the Foundation.

You may view or print content for personal use only. Commercial use or reproduction without permission is prohibited.

This website may include links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of external sites.

While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, the website is provided ‘as is’.
