Our Team

Nick has shared a passion for Rugby throughout his life, both on and off the field. In 2007, Nick was one of the founding Directors of Hearts in Union, which later became Hearts in Rugby Union. Throughout the existence of both foundations, Nick has been committed to making a real difference in the lives of beneficiaries, assisting players who have suffered severe spinal injuries playing rugby.

Outside of the world of rugby, Nick is an employment lawyer and has worked in several large national and international law firms since the early 1990's, where he has practiced exclusively in the field of employment law and industrial relations.

Nick currently works for his own law firm Stevens & Associates Lawyers which he established in August 2004. Stevens & Associates provides high quality, reliable and professional legal advice in the areas of employment, industrial relations and workplace health and safety matters.
