Sam Robson was a long term rugby player and lover of the game who lives on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. In 2007, Sam was one of the founding Directors of Hearts in Union, which later became Hearts in Rugby Union.

Since the inception of the foundation, Sam has dedicated his financial acumen towards closing the major gap and challenge for injured rugby players, financial support. Sam has also been a big believer and positive force in fostering relationships between injured players and the greater rugby community, ensuring injured players know that they are included in the community despite their sudden inability to play the game. Sam has particularly taken a great interest in securing housing for an injured former player who is supported by the Foundation and lives in rural NSW.

Outside of the world of rugby, Sam Robson is the Founder of First Point Asset Management providing direct Australian equity and comprehensive multi-asset portfolio management services. Prior to that, Sam worked has worked within the global banking sector in both Sydney and in London.
